Since 2012, Karben Industries has manufactured its gutter guard components and accessories in-house using specialised sheet metal machinery and tooling, allowing the team to maintain strict quality control across every item in the range.
Fasteners are supplied by Bremick® and sealants by Soudal®, so every part of a Karben Guard® installation is backed by established Australian supply partners.

Karben Guard® Gutter Fixing Trims have been specifically developed to provide a strong, reliable and professional fixing point for Karben Guard® mesh systems while simplifying the installation process for contractors and installers.
Manufactured in-house from genuine BlueScope COLORBOND® steel, these fixing trims deliver consistent installation quality while reducing installation time on site. Like the roof saddles, all Karben Guard® gutter fixing trims are available in standard COLORBOND® colours, as well as COLORBOND® Ultra® and COLORBOND® Matt® finishes.
90° Gutter Fixing Trim
Designed for applications with a traditional eaves gutter, the Karben Guard® 90° Gutter Fixing Trim provides a secure and uniform attachment point between the mesh system and the gutter edge.

15° Gutter Fixing Trim
The Karben Guard® 15° Gutter Fixing Trim provides a practical fixing solution for applications where a conventional gutter edge is not available, or where the roof design calls for an alternative installation method.
The profile is commonly used for installations adjacent to parapet walls, box gutters and other custom roofing details. It is also widely used as an alternative to roof saddles on standing seam roofing profiles, giving installers a simple and effective way to secure the mesh system where no profile-specific saddle is available.

Karben Guard® Fasteners, Manufactured by Bremick®
8/18 Hex Head Vortex Fix™ with B8 Coating (Cat 5)
Karben Guard® installations use the Vortex Fix™ 8-18 Hex Head fastener featuring the advanced Revolution B8® coating system. Designed for fastening light-gauge metal sheeting, trims, saddles and related sheet metal components, the Vortex Fix™ delivers strong installation performance together with superior corrosion protection in demanding Australian environments.
The Revolution B8® coating system was selected for its corrosion resistance and durability in harsh Australian conditions. Independent testing has demonstrated that the Revolution B8® coating provides more than double the corrosion protection of conventional Class 4 coatings and is suitable for use in very severe corrosive environments.

Karben Guard® Silicone, Manufactured by Soudal®
To complement the Karben Guard® range of mesh, trims, saddles and fasteners, Karben Guard® also supplies a premium neutral cure silicone sealant selected specifically for roofing, guttering and general building applications.
Available in clear and black, Soudal® silicone provides excellent adhesion, long-term flexibility and strong resistance to UV, weather and moisture, making it suitable across a wide range of Karben Guard® installations.
